1. Enable an exchange of components.
We'll make a tool that helps wind turbine owners find others who might have the needed parts. You input your spare parts info, and the tool shows which turbines use that part and a map of these wind farms. You choose who to contact nearby or everyone. The tool connects you with potential part suppliers/members, and deals happen directly between turbine owners without O2O WIND involvement.

2. Improved troubleshooting on less common turbine models
Apart from our 13 turbine-specific user groups, an additional 267 different models are operated among our members. Maybe you own these less common models and wish to contact other members operating the same turbine model. This tool allows you to search on a specific turbine model, and a world map will illustrate which other members operate these and where. Within this tool, you can create a user group that includes these companies and persons.

3. Map your assets with other WTG owners and ISP
Turbine owners want more service competition. They're considering offering more MWs to encourage independent service providers. The idea came up at a directors' meeting in Rome hosted by Enel. Our developer is almost done with the tool, and it will soon be available on the O2O WIND app. The map shows Gamesa G52-850 wind farms (green dots) owned by meeting participants in Madrid, and blue dots are independent service providers for that model.

4. Putting the MWs on the table
Some of our members have an in-house focus on specific turbine models. For these turbines, these members want to collaborate on spare parts, technical documentation, SCADA, developing ISPs, etc. With knowledge about your portfolio, there may be a match between your strategy and these in-depth collaborations, and you could be invited to participate.

5. Improved communication
You can connect to all our turbine-specific user groups when onboarding our app. Some of our members do so. With updated knowledge about our members' portfolios, we can avoid sending information about turbine-specific meetings that do not match members' portfolios. The member has full access but will not be receiving less relevant emails.
